A very good experience, would definitely go again. Charming small property located in Rio Tijuana district. Adjacent to nice restaurants and a big boulevard. The food is good and exceptional.

The location is near the US border and the rooms are modern and clean. Also the bathrooms are large with huge showers and nice amenities considering the price. Also, the breakfast buffet is good and the restaurant staff very friendly.

The rate quoted was higher than Booked.net rate. The elevator was out of service part of my stay.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and a mall nearby. Safe parking available, good elevators, and shopping options within walking distance. Plus, it's right by a river 🌊.

The bed could be a bit softer. That the shower kept dripping after using and made a lot of noise. The electronic clock wasn´t on.

The rooms are spacious with nice facilities and the location is great, within easy walking distance to everywhere.

I didn't like where it was located, the bathroom wasn't clean, there was hair on the toilet and the shower wasn't clean. My room key didn't work and had to get a new one. I had to ask twice for someone to clean my room. The underground self parking was very dark. Otherwise, it was modern.

When I arrive my room had to be changed to a king size they wanted to put me on a double quuen size room and the price was also not what I was quoted it was slightly higher from 78 to $92

The hotel has a fantastic location, just steps away from great restaurants, a high-end mall, and downtown Tijuana. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated.

The rooms were spotless and stylish, and the bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. The location was perfect and excellent, for example, Paseo Chapultepec Plaza was within easy walking distance of the hotel.
